Is there a charge to list?
No, listings are free for a Basic Listing.
How many categories can I be listed in?
You may list yourself in up to 10 categories. Those who are listed in more than 10 categories are subject to editorial review/removal.
I just submitted my listing, why isn’t it online yet?
All submission undergo a content review by the Home Furnishings Buyers Guide staff before they go live to our site. This process may take up to 2 weeks.
How do I make changes to my listing?
Just click the “Edit Your Listing” link on our homepage and enter your username and password. If you have forgotten your log-in information, you can email us at firstname.lastname@example.org .
I submitted a change to my listing today. Why isn’t it online yet?

Is there a charge to make changes to my listings?
No. There is no charge to make changes to your listings.
How do I remove a listing?
Please contact us via email at email@example.com with your listing name and category(ies) stating that you wish to be removed.
Why am I listed when I didn’t sign up?
Your directory listing was brought over to the current directory, Home Furnishings Buyers Guide Buyer’s Guide, from Supplier Search, our previous directory.
Online Update System
How do I access the update system?
Click the “Edit Your Listing” link on our homepage. You will be prompted to enter your user name and password. If you are unsure of what your user name is, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll be happy to assist you. Once you’ve logged in, you can begin reviewing and updating your listing information using the gray tabs at the top of the page. For a detailed explanation of any part of the update system click on the “Help” link in the upper right hand corner.
How do I make changes?
Just click on the tab that pertains to the information you’d like to review. Make your changes and click the Save button where applicable. You can reference what your listing currently looks like on our site by clicking “Go to My Dashboard” under the quick links on the right. You may also preview what your new changes will look like by clicking “Preview My Changes”.
Will my submitted changes be applied to all of my listings?
No. Each listing must be managed individually. So if your company phone number has changed, make sure you click on each one of your listings and update the number for each.
What do I do when I’m done making changes?
Click the red “Finished?...” link to return you to your main dashboard page. Then click the orange “Submit All Pending Items For Approval” button. Please note: If you do not click this submit button, your changes will not be sent to the Home Furnishings Buyers Guide staff.
What if I don’t need to make any changes to my listing?
If everything looks correct, please let us know by clicking the “No Changes” button under the Quick Links.
How can I upgrade my listing?
You may do so when you initially submit your listing by clicking one of the enhanced (Silver or Gold packages) listing packages, or you may enhance an existing listing by logging in to the update system and clicking “Upgrade My Listing” in the Quick Links. Charges are according to the package you select.

What if I forgot my username and password?
To quickly obtain your password, click the “Forgot Password” link and enter your user name email address. Your password will be sent to you in an email. After you log in with this password you may be prompted to change it.
How is this directory different from Supplier Search?
Along with more listing options, there are more enhanced features including multimedia, and a more streamlined design.
